ये कोट्स ऊपर मैंने अपने मोबाइल के स्क्रीनशोट्स को शेयर कर रहा हूँ। असल में यह ये बताता है की हमारे साथ न जाने कितने लोग रहते है या हमें रोज मिलते है। उन सब में एक बात सामान है वो यह है की उनको आपके काम के बारे सब पता है जो कुछ भी आप कर रहे होते हैं। उन्हें आपके कार्य में सबसे ज्यादा जानकारी होती है और कई बार वो सलाह भी देने लग जाते है।  मैंने अक्सर ये देखा की जो कुछ भी नहीं कर रहा होता है, उसके पास ही सबसे ज्यादा विचार होते है, अगर उनके पास इतने ही महान विचार है तो वो क्यों नहीं कुछ कर रहे होते हैं? क्योंकि वो जीवन में रिस्क नहीं लेना चाहते और वो खुद कुछ नहीं करना चाहते लेकिन दुसरो को अपनी सलाह जरूर देंगे। 
मेरे कोट्स में मैंने कहा की सीखना उन्ही से चाहिए जो सफल हुए या तो असफल।  सलाह तो कुछ न करने वाला भी दे देता है। इसका मतलब ही साफ है की हम सफल व्यक्ति से सफलता उसकी सफलता का राज जान सकते है और असफल व्यक्ति से उसके नुकसान सावधानी और पैसे का लेन देन। तब हम जो भी कार्य या व्यवसाय हम करने जा रहे है, उसके फायदे और नुकसान के बारे में अच्छे से जान पाएंगे और हमारा सफतलता की ओर यह पहला कदम होगा।

Above these quotes, I am sharing my mobile screenshots. Actually it tells how many people live with us or meet us everyday. One thing is common among them is that they know all about your work whatever you are doing. They are the most knowledgeable in your work and sometimes they start giving advice. I have often seen that whoever is not doing, they have the most ideas, if they have such great ideas then why are they not doing anything? Because they do not want to take risk in life and they do not want to do anything themselves but will definitely give their advice to others.
In my quotes, I said that learning should be from those who succeeded or failed. One who gives advice does not do anything. It only means that we can know the secret of success from successful person and caution and loss of money from unsuccessful person. Then we will be able to know better about the advantages and disadvantages of whatever work or business we are going to do and this will be our first step towards success.
